6kg Mixed Blankets

Alaska Trading disappointed me a lot, i bought my stock from them last Wednesday and collection date from our local depot was scheduled for Saturday. Me and my sister went there on that day and was told that they had not yet received our order. We called Their Headquarters in Bloemfontein and we were told that our order was dispatched on Thursday and was supposed to have arrived on Friday. So we waited the whole-day thinking maybe they would arrive, but in vain they never came. We went back on Monday and still there was nothing. Headquarters tracked our order and discovered that they were dispatching the very same day. Some of my customers were already complaining and others demanded back their money. We only got our stock on Tuesday. Like Really they need to improve here. That's poor service.
